Report a Scam or Suspicious Solicitation
Unfortunately, trade shows across the industry are targeted by unauthorized companies attempting to solicit exhibitors and attendees with fraudulent offers and scams, and AHR Expo is no exception. If you receive an offer or communication that seems suspicious, misleading, too good to be true, or simply feels “off,” we encourage you to first verify that the company is included on our approved vendor list. Common fraudulent solicitations are outlined below to help you recognize potential scams.
AHR Expo actively works to identify fraudulent activity, alert our community, and take appropriate steps to discourage unauthorized companies from targeting our exhibitors and attendees. If you receive a suspected fraudulent solicitation, please report it to us using the form below. Your report helps us identify repeat offenders, track emerging tactics, and make others in the AHR Expo community aware of potential threats.
While we take these reports seriously and make reasonable efforts to address fraudulent activity, AHR Expo cannot control the actions of unaffiliated third parties and is not responsible for any losses, damages, or other outcomes resulting from engagement with an unauthorized company. Reporting suspected activity helps us protect and inform the community, but does not guarantee that the solicitation or other fraudulent attempts will stop.
