Request a visa invitation letter for the 2027 AHR Expo in Chicago

Please request by December 15, 2026

If you require an official invitation letter to support your travel visa application, please submit your request as early as possible. We recommend allowing at least 30 days between the date of your request and your scheduled consulate or embassy appointment. 

Please be advised visa invitation letter requests are currently being processed on a variable timeline. 

Please note that processing times may fluctuate based on request volume. Invitation letters will be sent exclusively via email. 

The AHR Expo reserves the right to refuse any visa invitation letter request and is not responsible for contacting U.S. consulate or embassy offices of your behalf. We appreciate your patience and understanding as you plan your travel.
