Photography and Videography Policy

• Photography and video of an exhibitor's booth, products, or personnel are not permitted without the permission of the exhibitor. Policies are effective for the full duration of our time at the Convention Center. This includes all pre-build dates, show days, and post-show move-out days.

• Please note, the aisles must be kept clear of camera equipment and personnel at all times.

• Exhibitors or their agents may not photograph/video the exhibit hall, other exhibitors' booths, products, or personnel prior to show opening. Please refer to your signed exhibitor contract for further details.

• Exhibitors may photograph/video inside their own booths prior to show opening on show days beginning at 8:00 AM.

Age Policy

The AHR Expo is an adults-only trade event. No one under 16 will be admitted, including infants. 16 and 17-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult.

As a trade event designed for industry professionals, the exhibits include heavy equipment, machinery, tools, and crowded aisles that present potential hazards for children. This policy ensures a safe environment for attendees and maintains the business-focused nature of the event.
