About the Student Visits
We will be hosting two groups of students for a field trip experience in Las Vegas. On Monday we will welcome engineering students in collaboration with ASHRAE's Young Leaders. On Wednesday we will welcome high school students participating in the Building Trades in Construction Technology technical education program at Central Technical Training Academy.
The goal of our Workforce Development programming is to introduce students to the industry as they are beginning to plan their career. We aim to showcase all of the opportunities available in the industry and inspire lifelong career professionals in HVACR.
Additionally, particularly at the technician level, we aim to erase as many barriers to industry entry as possible, including tools and equipment required to begin their career.

Shipping Instructions
Donations should be shipped to your booth according to the standard booth display shipping procedures. Either to the advance warehouse by January 30th or to your booth at the convention center, according to your target move-in date.

If possible, please have the side of the boxes clearly marked "Student Donation".
Show Management will make arrangements to have donations retrieved from your booth during set-up.
