Noncommercial Content Only | Content of sessions must be noncommercial in nature and may not directly endorse specific companies, products, or organization membership.
No Products Allowed | No products or equipment are permitted in the meeting rooms.
Food & Drink | Only non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks may be brought into the rooms and must be ordered through the convention center caterer.

Does your presentation fit under one of our trending topics?
If so, please indicate that in your application so that we can better promote the program and your presentation to attendees. If not, please consider how your expertise may address these trending topics and include that content in one or more of your presentations. This will help us keep the program relevant to our attendees and also boost attendance at your sessions.
A2Ls, Building Codes, and Changing Regulation: The landscape of refrigerant use is changing. The AIM Act, economic considerations, transportation, and market shifts are all factors that will trickle into every facet of HVACR. What conversations should we be addressing, and how can our workforce prepare for changes, challenges, and solutions?
Decarbonization, Energy Efficiency, and the Race to Meet Benchmarks: While a broad topic, decarbonization and energy efficiency span the full landscape of HVACR and are increasingly sources of innovation and discussion. What opportunities should we be looking for, for both professionals and consumers alike? How will heat pumps and other equipment innovations contribute to meeting the mark? How can HVACR professionals aid customers in understanding electric rates, equipment options, lifecycle costs, and long-term benefits to determine their ROI and make informed decisions?
The Health Impacts of HVACR: Considerations include air quality, monitoring, control communications, ductwork design, and much more. What are the public's perceptions and levels of interest in HVAC systems when it comes to their presence and performance in schools, hospitals, public buildings, workplaces, and other critical environments? How does the changing role of the conscious customer dictate design and market decisions?
Maintenance, Parts, and Replacement: What are the driving trends in determining a focus on repair and maintenance vs. full system replacements? What does the forecasted market look like, and what will this mean for the demand on our professionals?
Technology Takes Shape: As our buildings get smarter, how can the workforce prepare to work alongside the 'digital coworker’? When buildings are reporting on themselves, what opportunities lie ahead for our industry and what technologies are paving the way forward? What are the pros and cons of AI and similar technologies as they relate to the existing workforce, the incoming workforce, the availability of jobs, and more?
