How do I receive my badge?

If you opted to have your badge mailed, we will issue a reminder email before your badge is mailed and you should expect to receive it no later than 2 weeks before the show. If you have not received your badge by the estimated time frame indicated in the reminder email, please contact us at (864) 641-0921 or by email at iecahrexpo@maritz.com. You can also plan to scan your QR code for badge pick up at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

If you registered after the badge mailing deadline (Domestic: January 12, 2026; International: December 4, 2025), or have opted not to receive your badge by mail, please bring this confirmation with QR Code to an on-site registration location to print your badge. Please have your information recalled and ready to scan to assist with quick service in Las Vegas. Badge lanyards, show directories and maps will be available for pick up at the convention hall.

Monday, February 2 / 7:00 am - 6:00 pm

Tuesday, February 3 / 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Wednesday, February 4 / 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Note: Long lines are expected at registration on Monday morning. We encourage you to pick your badge up on Sunday, February 1 if possible.
