About the New Product Theaters

The New Product Theaters provide exhibitors with a unique opportunity to give a 20-minute product presentation outside of their booth at the show. There is no cost to the exhibitor to participate. Presentations occur back-to-back in theaters set up on the show floor. Availability is limited, and qualifying exhibitors will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, submitting before the posted deadline does not guarantee a spot in the schedule.

Guidelines & Rules

  • One Presentation Per Exhibitor | One presentation per exhibitor or co-exhibitor.

  • New Products Only | Presentations must be of a new product, service or technology introduced since the last AHR Expo.

  • 20 Minutes Max | Each presentation is limited to 20 minutes. 10-minute transition times are scheduled in between time slots. Time for Q&A should be built into the allotted 20 minutes. NOTE: format subject to change.

  • Begin and End on Time | Be thoughtful of attendees who may have tight schedules. Begin and end your presentation on time.

  • Do Not Mention Competitor’s Products | Be respectful of other exhibitors and do not mention competitive products by name.

  • No Physical Products Allowed | No equipment or actual products are allowed in the theaters, but literature may be distributed during your scheduled time.

  • A/V | Screen, projector, podium and sound system will be provided in each theater. Presenters must bring their own laptops.

  • First-Come, First-Served | Time slots are limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Submission Process | All submissions will be reviewed by Show Management and you will be notified once the schedule has been finalized or if there are any concerns with your submission. A notice will be posted when the schedule is full.
