Submit a press event/conference
Exhibitors who are interested in scheduling a press event/conference during the AHR Expo, or would like an already scheduled in-booth conference/event added to the press event list, should submit their details using the form below. Once the information has been received and accepted, someone from the PR Team will reach out to the contact to confirm the date, time and location.
All press conferences and events will be listed in the AHR Expo press events schedule, in the e-newsletters the media receives leading up to the show, on the message board in the press room, and on AHR Expo social media.
Note: Conference and/or event hosts are responsible for personally inviting press to their event.
