Information on Visas

Please understand that AHR Expo has no influence on the decision of any U.S. embassy or consulate to approve or reject any person's application for a visa to enter the United States. We cannot assist you with the interview process, nor can anyone representing AHR Expo call the embassy or consulate on your behalf to provide support for granting a visa. If you are denied a visitor visa, you may re-apply if there is new evidence to overcome the basis for the refusal. In the absence of new evidence, consular officers are not required to re-examine such cases.

Knowing that the application for obtaining a visa can be a lengthy process, we recommend that you start the application process early: 80 - 120 days prior to the exposition.
