This area set up with computer kiosks is where thousands of Attendees will go to check their email and search the web. It is guaranteed to be a heavy traffic area.

Have your lanyards in the hands of visitors before they even get on the Show Floor by having them distributed from bins right in the registration lobby!
- Exhibitor asked to provide a minimum of 10,000 lanyards
- Limited to 3 exhibiting companies

Put your Logo and Booth # in front of Visitors while they consider what they are looking for by sponsoring the Product/Exhibitor Locator kiosks at the Show. This year's software includes an interactive floorplan as well.

Advertise on the side of a bus and get your name out around the city. Shuttle Buses will run between the Convention Center and designated hotel routes Jan. 31 – Feb. 2.

PRESS OFFICE SPONSORSHIPS
Earn good will among the Industry's leading media professionals by providing a free buffet lunch in the Press Office. While they enjoy their food, hold a press conference highlighting your company's latest products and new advances!
- Signage in the Press Office
- Exclusive reservation of the 11:30 to 1:00 pm time-slots in the Press Conference schedule on the day of the lunch
- Sponsorship fee includes a cold buffet style lunch and drinks which will be arranged at the discretion of Show Management
- Inclusion of digital media kit in the AHR Expo CD case handed out to the press
- Available on Monday & Tuesday of the Show, one sponsor per lunch
Win over the press with a continental style breakfast and snacks to give them energy for their day.

- Sponsorship fee includes a continental breakfast in the morning, an afternoon snack and drinks throughout the day which will be arranged at the discretion of Show Management
- Inclusion of digital media kit in the AHR Expo CD case handed out to the press
- Sponsorship available on Monday & Tuesday of the Show, limited to one sponsor per day
Every member of the press will need access to the internet to check their email and send information back to the office. You should take the credit for giving them FREE WiFi in the Press Office so they don't need to fight the crowds at the Cyber Cafe.

Have your company's multi-media CD included in an AHR Expo imprinted CD case distributed to media when they pick up their press credentials.
- Exhibitor required to provide 75 CDs with their digital media kits on them
- CD cases will include CDs from a maximum of 25 Exhibitors
PRE-SHOW and ONLINE SPONSORSHIPS
Put your ad directly in the mailbox of every Visitor who registers in advance for the AHR Expo by having it sent with their badge and registration information. Don't forget your booth number so they know where to find you at the Show!
- 4" x 6" promotional mailer will be included with Visitor Badge mailings to pre-registered Visitors
- Exhibitor is asked to send 20.000 mailers directly to the registration company by October 25, 2010
- Insert can be a double-sided single sheet and should be printed on a light weight stock

Drive thousands of Attendees to your website with a banner ad linked to your homepage in the email that the 20,000+ Visitors who register online receive with all the Show details and their registration confirmation number.
