• Exhibitor's promotional piece will be included with Visitor Badge mailings to pre-registered Visitors
• Exhibitor is asked to send 20,000 pieces directly to the registration company by mid-October (exact date TBD)
• Insert can be double-sided and should be printed on lightweight stock to fit in a #10 envelope unfolded (approx. 8.5"x3.6")

• Locations of coolers will be determined by Show Management and agreed upon by Exhibitor
