We’ll produce and mail a customized postcard inviting up to 250 of your customers to visit you at the Show.  We pay all the production and mail costs, you supply the sales message, product photo or logo and the list.

Trade Press Exposure & Public Relations Support

With over 200 trade press representatives in attendance from around the world, and many more covering the Show, we provide these exposure-building public relations services to help you before and during the Show:

• Exhibitor Press Releases on the Show Website - News releases concerning new product introductions or important company news may be eligible to be posted on the Show Website.  Releases must be sent by e-mail attachment to the Show’s Public Relations Agency, H+A International, if you wish to be included.  Indicate “Release for AHR Expo Website” in the “subject” line.

• Contacting Industry Publications - - Get a list of industry publications along with the contacts that you should send your news releases to. Download the list here (PDF)
• Press Kit Distribution - – Bring at least 50 press kits to the professionally staffed Press Office located in the Las Vegas Convention Center on Sunday prior to the Show opening for distribution to editors.
• Press Conferences - Exhibitors may sign up for a one-hour block of time during Show days in order to hold press briefings. Space is limited and can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To schedule a Press Conference and/or sponsor a Press Luncheon contact: rhalligan@h-a-intl.com

Make a 15-minute presentation of your new products in one of the New Product Technology Theaters located on the Exhibit Floor.  Offered to exhibitors on a first come, first serve basis so look for more information coming soon!

Enter Your Product for the 2011 AHR Expo Innovation Awards – Submission Deadline September 15th

Submit your new product into the AHR Expo Innovation Awards competition sponsored by ASHRAE, AHRI and IEC.  Open only to exhibitors, the awards acknowledge innovation and value to the industry in ten categories: Building Automation; Plumbing; Cooling; Refrigeration; Green Building; Software; Heating; Tools & Instruments; Indoor Air Quality; and Ventilation. Winners, determined by a panel of judges, will be announced in advance and recognized at a ceremony at the Show.  In addition, one of the ten winners will be selected at that time as the “Product of the Year.”  Enter today - deadline for submission is September 15th.
